Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our educational products and materials, EPNL Learning Hub does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds. This policy applies to all physical products, digital downloads, printable materials, memberships, subscriptions, and customized items.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, age or grade levels, formats, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost. This does not qualify as a refund.

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase or delivery. Customers are responsible for confirming that their device and software can access the purchased files.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have entered processing or fulfillment. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. EPNL Learning Hub is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

By completing a purchase from EPNL Learning Hub, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund and no-return policy.
